Role Overview:

As a B2B Outbound Sales professional, you will proactively connect with potential business customers through outbound calls and other prospecting channels. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, presenting relevant products or services, and guiding prospects through the sales process. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, confidence in handling objections, and the ability to build trusted relationships with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients and generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify potential customers' needs and recommend products or services aligned with their business objectives.
• Prospect for new clients, qualify leads, and develop a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
• Engage with key decision-makers, confidently handle objections, and clearly communicate the value of the company's solutions.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or follow-up calls with qualified prospects.
• Manage the sales journey from initial contact and lead qualification through negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, conversion goals, and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support a smooth customer onboarding process and positive client experience.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and product developments to continuously improve sales performance.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Polish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
• Previous experience: in B2B Sales, mandatory in tech
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
