Senior Risk & Compliance Lead, Spain (2LOD/MLRO)

Monzo Madrid is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Officer to oversee risk management and compliance for the Spanish Branch, reporting into the EU risk directors. The role covers operational, conduct, ICT/security, and AML/CFT risk with 2LOD oversight and regulatory engagement.
You will implement Monzo's Risk Management Framework in Spain, support the MLRO, liaise with Banco de España, and foster a strong risk and compliance culture across the organization.
