Digital Strategy & Execution*** Define and lead the integrated digital strategy across Prescription and Pharmacy businesses, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.* Drive omnichannel engagement models targeting HCPs and pharmacies, maximizing impact across all digital touchpoints.* Translate strategic priorities into actionable digital plans, campaigns and initiatives delivering measurable business outcomes.* Ensure continuous optimization of digital performance through data-driven decision making and clear KPIs.**2. Digital Ecosystem & Channels Management*** Oversee the development and management of the digital ecosystem, including websites, platforms, CRM ecosystems and e-commerce channels.* Ensure best-in-class execution across all online channels, including Amazon, Top Pharmacy accounts, Atida and PromoFarma.* Drive growth and excellence in digital sales and engagement channels, ensuring consistent positioning and performance.**3. AI & Innovation Leadership*** Support the Global team in Identifying and implementing AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of Healthcare teams.* Promote the adoption of advanced analytics, automation and AI tools to support decision-making, segmentation, personalization and campaign execution.* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous experimentation (“test & learn”) within the organization.**4. Pharmacy Engagement & Digital Platforms*** Oversee strategic digital initiatives in the pharmacy channel, including the Pharmaboost project, enabling pharmacies to enhance engagement, operational efficiency and commercial performance* Strengthen Almirall’s positioning as a strategic partner for pharmacies through differentiated digital solutions.* Ensure the successful deployment and evolution of digital platforms, such as websites.**5. Cross-functional Collaboration*** Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade, IT/Digital, Business Intelligence, Global strategy & transformation, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.* Ensure strong alignment between Prescription and Pharmacy teams, driving synergies and maximizing business impact.**6. Team Leadership*** Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing digital team, ensuring clear direction and execution excellence.* Manage and coach direct reports, fostering capability building and professional growth.**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*** University degree in a relevant discipline (ie digital marketing, business administration, scientific)* At least 8 years of proven experience in digital strategy, omnichannel marketing and/or e-commerce, preferably within healthcare, pharma or FMCG sectors.* Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, CRM platforms and data-driven marketing.* Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.* Solid knowledge of AI applications in marketing, customer engagement and operational efficiency.* Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.* Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution and impact.* Experience leading teams.**PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCES*** Strategic thinking with strong execution capability* Data-driven decision making* Innovation and continuous improvement mindset* Leadership through influence (“make things happen through others”)* Collaboration and cross-functional alignment* Business English proficiencyThe Digital Marketing Manager Senior Leader will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end digital strategy for the Healthcare Division (Prescription and Pharmacy businesses) at Almirall Spain. The role will drive the digital transformation of the organization by leveraging data, advanced digital capabilities and artificial intelligence to enhance commercial effectiveness, improve customer engagement and accelerate business growth.
