Sr. Manager, SMB Customer Success & Operations
GRAITEC GmbH
Graitec Group is seeking a Manager, SMB Customer Success & Operations to lead a high-volume CS and operations team. You will own renewal strategy, driving retention, adoption and customer value across Graitec's SMB base.
Ideal candidates have strong leadership in customer operations, experience with renewals, and a data-driven mindset to optimise processes and CRM usage. This role is based in Spain and requires a proactive, collaborative approach.
