FullStack Engineer

NN Digital Hub, a subsidiary of NN Group located in Madrid, Spain, delivers IT services and solutions for our international business units.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to build front‑ends and applications for BU’s in the 10 countries where Nationale Nederlanden International is active.
• Ensure local teams are involved in the process, support further development and maintenance of products.
• Provide knowledge transfer and input to the architecture of front‑end solutions, focusing on reuse across BUs via the Inner‑source working mode.
• Educate squad members and technical leads through training and individual support.
• Create a fluid, end‑to‑end vision for front ends across the organization.
• Design, document, construct and deploy effective front‑end architectures and applications.
• Participate in agile scrum teams, taking responsibility for feature development and project delivery.
• Manage pipelines, package management and unit‑ and integration‑testing; implement CI/CD through Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.

Qualifications

• Experience in building high‑quality software, collaborating with UX designers and engineers.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with React preferred.
• Experience as a Node.js backend engineer.
• Experience working in Agile scrum teams.
• Proficiency with Git (Azure DevOps preferred, but not required).
• Experience with pipelines, package management, unit‑ and integration testing.
• Experience in CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Experience designing flexible components and delivering documentation, READMEs, and contribution guidelines.
