ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE IT - ERP & HRIS

Sebastián Consultores selecciona para importante empresa, referente en implantación de soluciones ERP con core Microsoft y especializadas en áreas de RRHH, gestión de personas, despachos y asesorías, un ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE para reforzar su departamento comercial B2B.
La persona que se incorpore tratará de abrir mercado y acelerar el crecimiento de la empresa a través de venta directa B2B.
La persona seleccionada se encargará de:
– Identificar, priorizar y abrir nuevas oportunidades de venta directa en soluciones ERP y HRIS.
– Construir relaciones comerciales sólidas con interlocutores clave del sector: socios, directores, responsables de laboral, responsables de tecnología o transformación y perfiles decisores.
– Entender las dinámicas de funcionamiento del mercado y sus necesidades, sus barreras al cambio y los factores que facilitan la adopción de nuevas soluciones.
– Generar pipeline y oportunidades directas de negocio, además de upselling en cuentas existentes.
– Liderar el proceso comercial end to end: prospección, cualificación, discovery, propuesta de valor, negociación y cierre.
–Colaborar con equipos internos para asegurar una propuesta realista, bien argumentada y alineada con la capacidad de implantación y servicio.
– Recoger feedback del mercado y trasladarlo de forma estructurada a la organización para mejorar posicionamiento, mensajes y prioridades comerciales.
– Representar a la compañía en reuniones, eventos, asociaciones o entornos del sector cuando sea necesario.
Se ofrece:
– Contratación directa por empresa de referencia en el sector. Proyecto empresarial en crecimiento.
– Modalidad híbrida (+ 50% teletrabajo)
– Salario fijo (hasta 45K según experiencia) + variable.
– Horario flexible. Lunes a Viernes 8:30 a 18:00.
– Ubicación: Madrid
Requisitos:El perfil que buscamos:
Formación académica: Estudios finalizados en áreas comerciales y de desarrollo de negocio. Se valorará especialmente Grado/Postgrado orientado a Business Administration.
Experiencia de, al menos, tres años en roles comerciales orientados a la venta de soluciones IT enfocadas a ERP y HRIS, de manera directa B2B:
- Conocimiento real del mercado de soluciones SaaS, especialmente en ámbitos vinculados a nómina, laboral, RRHH o software de gestión.
- Capacidad para abrir mercado desde cero (perfil hunter) en segmentos SMB y Enterprise, generar credibilidad y construir una red de relaciones relevante en el sector.
- Experiencia gestionando ciclos de venta complejos y consultivos con varios interlocutores.
- Alta autonomía, mentalidad comercial y enfoque a resultados sin perder visión relacional y estratégica.
- Conocimientos de SaaS B2B, ERP, RRHH, nómina o software empresarial.
- Capacidad para adaptar el discurso según el interlocutor: socio del despacho, responsable laboral, equipo comercial o perfil técnico/operativo
