What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the inventory and lifecycle of devices (laptops, mobile phones, POS terminals and event/testing equipment): preparation, configuration, delivery, retrieval and secure disposal.

• Coordinate the technology side of onboarding, role changes and offboarding: accounts, access, groups, licenses and SaaS tools.

• Act as the single point of contact for Helpdesk, providing first- and second-line support and managing incidents through a ticketing tool.

• Resolve issues related to devices, accounts, MFA, applications, Wi-Fi, printers, peripherals and meeting rooms, escalating when needed.

• Maintain and document the office network infrastructure: routers, switches, access points, firewalls, VLANs and Wi-Fi.

• Coordinate MDM, EDR, encryption, patching and security updates.

• Manage IT, telecom, repair and maintenance vendors.

• Identify and implement AI-driven automations to optimize internal IT and Helpdesk processes.

• Support other teams across the company in adopting and optimizing AI tools in their daily work.

Your profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate IT, Workplace IT, internal IT support, helpdesk/service desk, or device management.

• First- and second-line support experience on Windows and macOS.

• Experience with device and inventory management, MDM and endpoint security.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

• Experience managing accounts, MFA, SSO, groups and permissions.

• Knowledge of office networking: Wi-Fi, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, switches, routers and firewalls.

• Experience managing vendors and equipment purchasing.

• Interest and hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize work processes.
