Czech Speaker? Are You Based in Madrid?

We are looking for a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid.

This role focuses on the Czech market and gives you the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle , from initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription close
• Contact potential customers in the Czech market
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and follow-ups
• Manage free trials and support prospects through the decision-making process
• Handle approximately 80–100 calls per day
• Work towards KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions and revenue
• Handover successfully closed accounts to the Customer Experience team

Requirements

• Native or bilingual Czech
• Native or bilingual English
• Must already reside in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience, such as BDR, SDR, outbound sales or call center
• Comfortable with outbound calling and high-volume communication
• Strong KPI and results orientation
• Availability aligned with US time zone working hours

Location & Work Model

Madrid, Spain

The first four weeks are fully on-site for onboarding and training. Afterwards, the role follows a hybrid working model, with approximately one day per month in the Madrid office.
