Within IQVIA's AI and Technology Solutions (ATS) organization, we are investing in agentic AI systems—autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and act—to streamline clinical trial workflows and deliver meaningful operational impact.
Our agentic AI portfolio has grown significantly, with multiple funded initiatives aimed at improving speed, quality, and efficiency across clinical operations.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of early?stage, AI?native initiatives focused on applying Generative and Agentic AI to clinical trial workflows.
These initiatives range from rapid prototypes to scaled solutions and require strong product judgment to evaluate, prioritize, and mature.This is a hands?on product leadership role that blends strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution.
You will work closely with AI, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to move quickly from concept to value—operating comfortably in ambiguity and fast?moving environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operationsLead multiple early?stage investments in parallel, guiding rapid experimentation and scaling decisionsPartner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high?value use cases and drive adoptionTranslate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery prioritiesWork closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile, highly collaborative modelDefine and track KPIs tied to trial speed, quality, and cost efficiencyQualificationsMust?HavesExperience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast?paced environmentStrong product judgment and ability to operate with limited informationExperience working closely with engineering and data/AI teamsTechnical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompt design, agent?based systems)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBonus PointsExperience in clinical development, healthcare, or regulated industriesHands?on exposure to Generative or Agentic AI (professional or personal projects)Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.G., LangChain?based patterns, AutoGen, CrewAI)Experience with cloud?native AI platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
