Asset Manager - Spain

Cobalt is delighted to be exclusively mandated on two Real Estate Asset Manager roles in Paris and Spain on the client side.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a high-quality portfolio of logistics and industrial assets within a fast-moving European investment platform managing over € billions of assets across Europe.

You’ll play a key role in driving asset performance, managing occupier relationships, supporting leasing activity, and delivering value‑add initiatives across the French portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing logistics & industrial assets across France
• Driving leasing activity and reducing vacancy
• Working closely with brokers, property managers and tenants
• Supporting business plans, CAPEX projects and value creation initiatives
• Monitoring asset performance and reporting to investors
• Managing refurbishment and repositioning projects
• Conducting regular site inspections and tenant engagement

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience within asset management, property management or logistics real estate
• Exposure to industrial/logistics assets preferred
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Knowledge of French commercial leases
• Fluent French, English and Spanish
• Real estate degree or equivalent / MRICS
