Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders on various HR matters covering, but not limited to, hiring, onboarding, training, engagement, performance management, employee relations, attrition and organizational development
- Lead recruitment efforts to ensure continued growth and success of the business
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- With at least 2 yrs exp in HR Business Partnering, preferably with talent acquisition and industrial relations
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Great team player and works with a high degree of integrity.
