P&S Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives to support Parts & Services business growth
- Collaborate with Territory P&S teams to identify customer needs
- Maintain and analyze market intelligence to influence portfolio development
- Promote Omni-channel business models for improved customer engagement
- Execute key Parts & Services projects to improve operational excellence
Requirements
- 3-5 years of business development experience
- Strong understanding of Parts & Services businesses and aftermarket operations
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and customer insights
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Spanish
- A degree in Engineering, Mining, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Willingness to travel within the Sales Area
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in business development within the Parts & Services sector, leveraging market intelligence and customer insights to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Proficient in negotiation and communication in both English and Spanish, with a strong foundation in engineering or business administration.
