ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Processing & Business Operations Intern, you will support the effective movement of B2B marketing leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring that each lead is properly qualified, assigned, and tracked to support business growth and revenue generation. You will act as a key link between Marketing and Sales, contributing to data‑driven decision‑making and pipeline efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification & Business Assessment: Review and evaluate incoming leads based on predefined business and qualification criteria (e.g., engagement level, company size, region) to assess readiness for sales follow‑up.
- Lead Assignment & Routing: Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales or business development teams, ensuring alignment with territory, product focus, and target market segments.
- Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Track and manage lead progression across funnel stages using CRM tools (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot). Maintain accurate visibility on lead status, handoffs, and conversion stages.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Support the creation of reports and dashboards to monitor lead flow efficiency, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in the lead management process.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely follow‑up, gather feedback on lead quality, and incorporate insights into ongoing optimization efforts.
- Process Optimization: Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, improving data accuracy, and suggesting workflow or process enhancements..
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong business and analytical mindset, with interest in how marketing activities translate into sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) through coursework, internships, or previous experience is a strong advantage.
- Korean language skills are not required but are considered a plus.
