Summary

As an Implementation Specialist and Business Analyst within our Hospitality Operations team, you will lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of global hotel customers onto the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS). You will be responsible for translating complex customer requirements into technical configurations, managing data migrations, and ensuring a seamless transition from kick‑off to go‑live.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the implementation of ACRS features from inception to production.
• Scope projects by gathering requirements directly from customers and third parties (OTAs, PMSs) to ensure a fit‑for‑purpose solution.
• Define and execute the optimal strategy for system initialization and data migration to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure all test and production systems are initialized and validated on time, aligning with program increments and milestones.
• Act as the primary technical entry point for customers and implementation leads, performing rigorous testing and providing expert problem resolution.
• Work closely with R&D, Solution Management, and Product teams to incorporate new developments; provide timely updates and proactively raise risks.
• Work on simplifying and automating implementation processes to improve delivery speed and quality.

Professional Background

• At least 4–6 years of experience in Implementation or Business Analyst roles within the Hospitality or Travel Technology sectors.

Technical Proficiency

• Advanced mastery of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Expert‑level use of Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of APIs and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Project Management

• Proven track record of managing large‑scale system integration projects and complex functional requirements without constant guidance.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to adapt to a wide variety of internal technical environments.
• Proactive professional with high accountability and meticulous attention to detail.
