**¡At Oesia Group, we are growing!** We would like to count on you for our next job offer: We are looking for **a Software Development Engineer** to join an important Project located in **Getafe** in **Hybrid** job modality. ### What are we looking for? * **An/a Software Development Engineer**, with at least 4 years of experience. * Availability to join a stable project in Getafe. * Degree: Technical Engineering * Work Schedule: M-T: 8,5H // F: 7H ### Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field. * Experience in C/C++ programming for embedded systems. * Solid knowledge of embedded Linux and low-level development. * Experience with SPI, I2C, UART, and CAN buses. * Knowledge of CANopen, TCP/IP, and UDP protocols. * Experience with Yocto, Buildroot, and cross-compilation for ARM platforms. Bare-metal or RTOS programming for microcontrollers. * Proficiency with Git and debugging and analysis tools. * Knowledge of scripting in Bash and/or Python. ### What will your responsibilities be? * Development and maintenance of embedded software for satellite tracking systems. * Development and integration of drivers for SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and Ethernet interfaces. * Development of applications in C/C++ on embedded Linux or RTOS systems (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar). * Implementation and maintenance of CANopen, SNMP, TCP/IP, UDP, and proprietary communication protocols. * Customization and maintenance of embedded Linux distributions using Yocto and Buildroot. * Development and debugging of Linux kernel modules and Device Trees. * Preparation of technical documentation and execution of functional and integration tests. * Participate in the definition and analysis of the system’s functional and technical requirements. * Collaborate on defining the software and communications architecture of the products. * Define validation and integration strategies, as well as test plans at the unit, subsystem, and system levels. * Provide technical support and advice on design decisions. * Provide technical leadership for the development of complex features, ensuring the quality, maintainability, and scalability of solutions. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor development tasks within the team. * Participate in project estimates, planning, and technical risk management. * Conduct code, documentation, and architecture reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards. ### What we offer you? * Work in a multinational company recognized as one of the best companies to work for in 2025, according to *Actualidad Económica and Forbes*. * Stable and innovative technological projects for leading national and international clients. * Career plan: we offer an attractive professional career based on experience and personal potential within a continuously evolving company with solid growth. * Free access to various training platforms, providing you with a wide multidisciplinary catalog. * Flexible compensation. * An equal, diverse company with great Corporate Social Responsibility. * A positive, healthy, and cooperative work environment.
