Are you a strategic leader passionate about building world-class data center operations? We're hiring Data Center Managers to help shape the future of cloud computing infrastructure, driving innovation and operational excellence across our global network. To be successful in this role you don't have to have worked in a Data Center previously or in an IT related role. If you are a proven people manager, with success of developing a team through change and ambiguity, then this could be the role for you. ### Key job responsibilities * Lead and develop high-performing technical teams, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growth * Optimize data center operations through continuous process improvement and innovative solutions * Manage infrastructure projects, including maintenance of existing facilities and strategic expansion of new data centers * Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational performance * Drive operational excellence by implementing robust metrics, incident management, and capacity planning strategies ### A day in the life Your day will be dynamic and impactful, where you'll collaborate with cutting-edge engineering teams, solve complex technical challenges, and transform how we design and manage data center ecosystems.
