Senior Local Trial Manager — Clinical Trials Leader

Johnson & Johnson Madrid is seeking a Lead Local Trial Manager with 4+ years of trial management or 6+ years of monitoring experience to oversee local trials from start-up through database lock and closeout. You will coordinate the local trial team, ensure data quality and regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary country contact for assigned studies.
You will mentor LTMs/SMs, contribute to process improvements, and work across Phase 1–3 studies in multiple therapeutic areas as needed.
