Process Operations Coordinator - Information Security Governance

Position Overview

As a Process Operations Coordinator in the Information Security & Privacy By Design team, you serve as the “Chef d’Orchestre” of technical execution, ensuring security frameworks flow smoothly, users are supported, and reporting is accurate. You orchestrate the delivery of critical artifacts, facilitate triage processes, and maintain platform support, all while fostering a data‑driven and automated security governance environment.

Responsibilities

• Operational Facilitation & Workflow Orchestration
  • Chase and monitor delivery of critical artifacts for IRAAM, PETRA, and OIA processes.
  • Facilitate SER Triage, prioritizing and assigning ISPA reviews.
  • Monitor end‑to‑end execution of IRAAM, PETRA, and OIA, addressing bottlenecks proactively.
• Request Management & Platform Support
  • Manage and maintain ServiceNow service request management tools and related artifacts.
  • Serve as first point of contact for end‑users, clarifying expectations and resolving issues.
  • Handle incident tickets, identify root causes, and coordinate technical fixes with the Platform Team.
  • Support the ISC network with process awareness and documentation.
• Monitoring, Reporting & Data Maintenance
  • Maintain operational tools (Google Sheets, Apps Script, Snowflake, Thoughtspot, ServiceNow) for data aggregation.
  • Continuously monitor tool‑driven flows, identify dysfunctions, and propose remediations.
  • Track implementation of controls via SRAs and report global status to leadership.
• Representation & Partnership
  • Represent the team in cross‑functional process discussions.
  • Bridge operational issues to the IRM Platform Management for improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Business Process Support or Operations, managing technical applications or workflow automations.
• Experience running triage or ticket‑based workflows and chasing deliverables in a global environment.
• Proven coordination with technical teams (developers) and non‑technical business users.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
• A meticulous “Chef d’Orchestre” mindset, strong analytical problem‑solving, and systems thinking.
• Intermediate proficiency in Low‑Code/No‑Code environments and data visualization tools (Google Apps Script, Snowflake, Thoughtspot, Tableau).
• Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow GRC/IRM and ITSM modules.
• Basic understanding of Information Security principles and data privacy.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and influence skills to drive delivery without direct authority.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in delivery.
• Intellectual curiosity and passion for applying GenAI/LLMs to improve productivity.
