Customer Service Manager (O2C) - German Speaker

Our client is a leading international company currently expanding its Shared Services Center in Barcelona. As part of a strategic growth project, they are looking for a Customer Service Manager (O2C) to lead customer service operations for the German market while driving operational excellence, process standardization, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for leading Customer Service and Order-to-Cash operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and strong cross-functional collaboration across the business. You will manage customer service teams while acting as a key partner for Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics and other internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Customer Service teams within the Shared Services Center.
- Manage day-to-day Customer Service and O2C operations.
- Ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs and service quality targets.
- Oversee order management, pricing, invoicing, collections and dispute resolution processes.
- Drive a customer-centric culture focused on service excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize processes.
- Support transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and IT teams.
- Monitor operational performance and implement action plans when required.
