Reporting & Analytics Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality dashboards and reports, ensuring:
- Consistency and usability in layout and design.
- Consistency and accuracy of content, KPIs, and measures across dashboards.
- Data validation and reliability.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain complex dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau, tailored to Commercial Excellence and other business analytics.
- Operate and monitor dashboards, performing regular (weekly/monthly) updates and addressing ad hoc issues as they arise.
- Integrate and model data from the Data Warehouse and additional sources (Excel, SharePoint, other databases).
- Apply strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of entity relationship models to work with diverse data sources.
- Bring structure and best practices to all development activities, including version control and documentation.
- Review, optimize, and take over existing analytical solutions, improving performance and user experience.
- Document all created solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and change logs.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate primarily with the internal team for requirements; occasional direct interaction with business stakeholders may be required.
- Ensure deliverables meet high standards for consistency, usability, and quality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, IT, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Proven expertise in Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong skills in SQL and entity relationship modeling; specific Snowflake expertise is not required.
- Experience structuring and documenting analytical solutions.
- Track record of optimizing and maintaining existing BI solutions.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Additional language skills are considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with Commercial Excellence data or similar domains is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Power BI – 5+ years’ experience with knowledge in semantic model, row level security, DAX, dynamic interactive dashboards
- Proficient in working in Snowflake – good skills in writing efficient SQL statements, experience in writing Store Procedures with parameters to execute dynamic SQL statements, managing data within Snowflake environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Short term availability – to ensure proper handover
- Experience structuring and documenting analytical solutions – Operational manual, user and change documentation
