Network & IT Infrastructure Specialist
Misión del puesto
Buscamos un/a Network & IT Infrastructure Specialist responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad, seguridad, resiliencia y evolución de la infraestructura de red de la compañía, y con conocimientos en ciberseguridad, virtualización, almacenamiento y continuidad de negocio. Participará en proyectos operativos y estratégicos y colaborará estrechamente con SAP, OT, Ciberseguridad y las diferentes áreas de negocio.
Principales responsabilidades
- Administrar, evolucionar y diseñar infraestructura de red.
- Gestionar entornos VMware y Microsoft Azure.
- Administrar plataformas SAN y almacenamiento.
- Diseñar y mantener planes de continuidad de negocio y recuperación ante desastres.
- Participar en proyectos de renovación tecnológica, migración y despliegue de infraestructuras, garantizando el ciclo de vida de los equipos.
- Colaborar con SAP, OT, Ciberseguridad y áreas de negocio para definir soluciones alineadas con necesidades corporativas.
- Gestionar proveedores.
- Soporte de nivel avanzado de red e infraestructura virtualizada.
Requisitos
- Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o equivalente.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en infraestructuras empresariales.
- Experiencia en proyectos internacionales y entornos multinacionales.
- Nivel de inglés avanzado.
Conocimientos técnicos
- NETWORKING & SECURITY: Cisco Catalyst y Nexus, Routing & Switching, HPE Aruba Networking, LAN/WAN/WLAN, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, Check Point Firewalls, VMware Velocloud SD-WAN, monitorización y alta disponibilidad.
- VIRTUALIZATION & CLOUD: VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion y Microsoft Azure.
- STORAGE & DATA PROTECTION: Pure Storage, Dell EMC Storage, SAN Fibre Channel, iSCSI, replicación, Commvault backup y recuperación.
- BUSINESS CONTINUITY: BCP, DRP, definición de RPO/RTO y pruebas de recuperación.
- SYSTEMS: Windows Server, Linux y herramientas de monitorización.
Competencias
Capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados, liderazgo técnico, comunicación con áreas de negocio, trabajo transversal y gestión de proyectos.
Se valorará especialmente
- Experiencia en sector farmacéutico, healthcare o entornos GxP.
- Certificaciones VMware, Cisco, Check Point o Azure.
- Experiencia en integración IT/OT.
- Conocimientos de ciberseguridad aplicada a infraestructuras críticas.
