WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION AS A INTERN ADOPS CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR?

As an Ad Operations Intern within our fast-growing Retail Media team, you will gain hands-on experience across the end-to-end digital campaign lifecycle—from creative QA and inventory management to e-commerce technical audits and performance reporting.

Your responsibilities will be:

Creative & asset management:

• Act as the main operational point of contact for advertisers, agencies, and internal sales teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.

• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) on all incoming creative assets to ensure strict compliance with technical specifications (file weights, dimensions, formats) and platform advertising policies before handoff to campaign setup.

• Maintain up-to-date tracking of creative assets, campaign statuses, and workflows within project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and digital asset repositories.

Technical support & on-site quality assurance:

• Verify that promoted products (SKUs) maintain active Buy Box status, sufficient inventory/stock levels, and accurate catalog metadata across the platform.

• Perform daily website and mobile app audits to verify that ad placements render correctly without display or tracking errors.

• Keep inventory occupancy logs accurate and actively assist in onboarding or refining occupancy management processes and tooling.

Inventory forecasting & operational performance:

• Monitor ad placement availability and inventory forecasts to proactively advise the Sales team on open ad units and monetization opportunities.

• Support the Ad Ops Manager in optimizing internal workflows, operational SLAs, and cross-functional collaborations.

• Assist the Ad Ops team with data extraction, routine reporting, and documentation to support campaign performance analysis.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Retail Media team.

Your profile will be a perfect match for our environment if you recognize yourself in the following:

• Education: You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree ( Bac +2 / Bac +3) in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• Languages: You have a fluent command of Spanish (native or professional) and professional proficiency in English (headquarter in France, offices in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Poland)

• Technical agility: You have basic familiarity with MS Excel and a strong eagerness to learn digital advertising tools and e-commerce platforms.

• Key strengths: Your rigorous organizational skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, and interpersonal tact are essential assets for this position.

We also value profiles with a first experience or prior internship in digital marketing, retail media, or e-commerce.
