Job ResponsibilitiesRevise detenidamente toda la documentación de la solicitud antes de hacer clic en el botón de solicitar al final de esta descripción.TheQA Auditor / Inspector is responsible for enforcing the Contractor's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with contractual specifications, policies, and procedures.
This position is critical for maintaining quality standards, inspecting performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Quality Assurance OversightEnforcing the Contractor's QMS on all facets of the project to ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.Conducting quality audits, inspections, and reviews during daily operations to evaluate the quality of work performed.Monitoring and documenting all work activities during the Government's regular working hours to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.Coordinating directly with the Quality Manager and ensuring independence from the Project Manager for reporting and oversight duties.Inspection and DocumentationPerforming inspections of completed and ongoing work to confirm that it meets all specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards.Ensuring the personnel carrying out inspections have the technical expertise and knowledge required for the work being inspected.Maintaining detailed and accurate records of inspections, audits, and findings, and preparing reports for submission to the Quality Manager.Compliance and TrainingEnsuring compliance with documented quality processes, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.Collaborating with personnel to identify and address nonconformities, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of quality issues.Participating in training and development initiatives to keep up-to-date with industry best practices, technical methods, and QMS compliance standards.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical orQA-related certifications are an advantage.At leastthree (3) years of experiencein enforcing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in environments similar to the scope and size of the project.Demonstrated qualifications, technical knowledge, and experience requirements equal to or exceeding those of the personnel performing the work being inspected.In-depth knowledge of quality assurance/inspection processes and compliance systems.Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and quality audits.Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams, prepare detailed reports, and present findings.Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance for the duration of deployment.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in an austere OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) environment with a multi-national workforce.Valid country driver's license.Country visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide).
Experience working on quality standards in government, military, or industrial projects.Advanced knowledge of QMS and auditing procedures, including certifications such as ISO **** Lead Auditor or equivalent.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.Employees must read, speak, and comprehend English to the extent that they can perform the contract requirements and comply with installation emergency procedures.
Passport must be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.
Ability to obtain country-specific visas per the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.

Employees may work in office, industrial, warehouse, port, airfield, and outdoor environments and may be exposed to high temperatures, humidity, inclement weather, noise, dust, and uneven terrain.
Work schedules may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on operational requirements.Physical RequirementsRequirements may include prolonged sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
