¿Buscas trabajo de Project Manager de Obra en Madrid con contrato indefinido? Seleccionamos un Responsable de Obra para una empresa consolidada del sector de la rehabilitación y reforma de inmuebles, con proyectos en toda España. Si tienes experiencia dirigiendo obras y quieres estabilidad desde el primer día, esta es tu oportunidad.TU DÍA A DÍA
- Dirigirás de forma integral la reparación y restauración de los inmuebles siniestrados, fijando objetivos y plazos de entrega.
- Realizarás inspecciones en el lugar del siniestro para determinar el alcance real de los trabajos.
- Elaborarás el plan de obra: técnicas, materiales y cronogramas realistas con entregas parciales, preservando el valor inicial del inmueble.
- Coordinarás y motivarás a equipos de distintos gremios, delegando responsabilidades y resolviendo los conflictos que surjan.
- Controlarás el presupuesto de cada proyecto, con seguimiento del gasto e informes financieros que propongan reducir costes sin bajar la calidad.
- Velarás por el cumplimiento de la normativa local y nacional de construcción, manteniéndote al día de los cambios.
- Mantendrás y ampliarás la red de proveedores, con comunicación constante y directa.

- Experiencia demostrable en gestión de obras.
- Conocimientos de normativa de construcción y restauración de inmuebles.
- Carnet B1.
- Manejo amplio de ofimática.
