About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Well Control Remote Instructor to join our team at MDS Academy. In this role you will deliver high-quality well control and drilling training based on internationally recognised standards, including IWCF and/or IADC. You will work closely with a team of industry professionals to support virtual training delivery for our well control courses, helping candidates achieve competence and certification.

Requirements

• Minimum 0+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas drilling industry (required).
• IWCF Level 4 Well Control certificate completed within the last 5 years (highly desirable).
• Previous accreditation as an IWCF Instructor (highly valuable).
• Significant experience as an instructor or trainer in well control, drilling, or related technical training (highly valuable).
• Strong ability to teach and assess technical knowledge to professional candidates.
• Fully fluent in English and Italian.
• Fluent in any other languages "Spanish" "French" "Danish" "Norwegian" (highly valuable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
