Purpose of the Role:

As Retail Marketing Manager Iberia, you will define and lead the Retail Marketing strategy for Portugal and Spain.

Partnering closely with Brand, Sales and our key strategic retail partners, you will shape how Havaianas comes to life across the marketplace, defining priorities, investments and activation strategies that strengthen brand desirability and drive business growth.

This role requires a deep understanding of the French retail landscape and shopper behavior, with a strong focus on building relevant brand retail experiences across our channels. Passion for the point of sale and flexibility for regular travel will complement your expertise.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and owning the annual Retail Marketing strategy for France, that is aligned with brand, consumer moments, GTM and commercial objectives.
• Act as the key Retail Marketing partner for Sales and Iberia’s strategic accounts, influencing decisions and co-creating impactful 360º retail marketing plans throughout the sell-in to sell-out journey to strengthen partnerships, maximize brand impact and drive business growth.
• Define retail marketing priorities by store tier/channel leading retail marketing investments and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Maintain a strong presence in the field, regularly visiting stores and retail partners across Iberia with a particular focus on the Tier cities to assess brand execution, VM standards, consumer experience and competition dynamics.
• Lead agencies, suppliers and external partners to deliver best-in-class retail solutions, ensuring seamless processes and on-time execution across all Retail Marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing or related roles within consumer-facing brands, ideally in the fashion, footwear or lifestyle industry.
• Strong understanding of the French retail landscape, consumer behavior and shopper preferences.
• Strategic and commercially driven, with the ability to balance brand building and business growth.
• Passionate about retail, consumer trends and brand experiences, with a strong branding mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and drive multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously, providing clear prioritization.
• Outgoing and influential, with excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Creative, proactive and with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Curious about innovation, AI and emerging technologies that enhance retail execution and consumer engagement.
• Flexibility for regular travelling.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Please note that this is a hybrid position. It is expected to this person to be 3 days/week at the office in Madrid.
