Задачи:

• Develop differentiated value propositions and messaging for Borders journeys and products
• Design and execute integrated go-to-market marketing programs across the marketing lifecycle
• Drive marketing efforts for product launches with Product Managers
• Curate thought leadership content addressing market trends and customer challenges
• Own external content including web content, case studies, webinars, and social media
• Maintain message consistency across communications
• Provide sales teams with collateral and messaging to support revenue and pipeline objectives
• Support the bid team with deal-based marketing and value propositions
• Plan and position the Borders business at major events
• Partner with cross-functional teams on event stands and materials
• Analyze competitive landscapes and market needs to shape product positioning
• Analyze campaign performance against marketing KPIs
• Present performance reports and make data-driven adjustments

Требования:

• 3-5 Years of proven experience in product marketing
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns
• Experience working with product management, sales, and MarCom teams in complex environments
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive landscapes
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale product launches across multiple regions
• Excellent communication, writing, and product messaging skills
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Project management experience with strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills
• Customer-centric approach to understanding customer pain points
• Business degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
• Appropriate postgraduate qualification or MBA
• Nice to have: Experience in aviation, passion for travel and the Aviation and IT industries
