Clinical Research Associate II / Senior CRA (French Speaking)

Ergomed seeks a Clinical Research Associate II to conduct pre-study, initiation, interim, and close-out monitoring visits at investigational sites in Madrid. The role requires extensive phase 2/3 trial experience, fluency in English and French, and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-study, initiation, interim, and close-out monitoring visits at investigational sites
• Verify investigator qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment, and staff adequacy
• Train investigational site staff as needed
• Support preparation of regulatory and ethics committee submissions when applicable

Requirements

• College or university degree in life sciences or equivalent education and experience
• Extensive on-site monitoring experience in phase 2/3 clinical trials
• Ideal experience with complex trials such as oncology or rare disease
• Full working proficiency in English and French
• Strong planning, multitasking, and teamwork abilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel nationally
