Strong experience withPython and Django .
Professional experience withVue, React, or another modern frontend framework .
Solid knowledge ofJavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS .
Experience designing and buildingREST APIsand relational database schemas.Familiarity withPostgreSQL, Docker, Git, and automated testing .
Professional proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken.Ability to take ownership of a feature and move it from an idea to a reliable production solution.Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to debugging complex systems.Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities can evolve and engineers are expected to take initiative.Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.Valuable additional experienceYou don't need to know everything below, but experience in some of these areas would be valuable:Vue 3, TypeScript, Vuetify, Pinia, and Vite.Celery, Redis, pytest, and Django REST Framework.Experience with otherPython backend frameworks, such asFastAPI or Flask .
GCP, Vertex AI, AWS, or containerized cloud deployments.MQTT, WebSockets, PLCs, IoT, or industrial automation.NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or production ML systems.3D visualization or computer vision.Manufacturing, robotics, industrial software, or Industry 4.0 applications.Experience usingAI-assisted or agentic coding toolsto plan, implement, review, and debug software changes, such asClaude Code, ChatGPT, or similar tools .
