Cirujano/a Veterinario/a Senior
Buscamos Cirujano/a Senior (veterinario) para unirse al equipo del Hospital Veterinario de la Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir.
Funciones
- Atención integral de casos clínicos complejos en Ortopedia y Cirugía de Tejidos Blandos, incluyendo consultas especializadas, diagnóstico avanzado, cirugía y tratamiento.
- Diseño y supervisión de planes diagnósticos y terapéuticos basados en evidencia científica.
- Realización de cirugías de alta complejidad (prótesis de cadera, correcciones angulares, artroscopias, injertos tendinosos) y procedimientos avanzados en tejidos blandos (cirugía torácica, reconstructiva, sistemas SUB, laparoscopia avanzada, entre otros).
- Supervisión y apoyo a veterinarios junior, internos y residentes.
- Participación en guardias clínicas según planificación del servicio.
- Elaboración de informes clínicos especializados y coordinación con propietarios y veterinarios remitentes.
- Formación práctica de estudiantes e internos, promoviendo el desarrollo de competencias clínicas.
- Gestión y actualización de la información clínica en el sistema hospitalario.
- Colaboración en la correcta gestión de cobros y consumos mediante el ERP del centro.
- Participación en reuniones clínicas y propuestas de mejora continua de la calidad asistencial.
- Implicación en proyectos de investigación, publicaciones científicas y actividades académicas.
- Cumplimiento y promoción de protocolos de calidad, bioseguridad y buenas prácticas clínicas.
Requisitos
- Grado Universitario o Licenciatura en Veterinaria.
- Diplomado/a europeo/a (ECVS) o americano/a (ACVS), o haber completado un programa de residencia reconocido y estar en disposición de presentarse al examen del colegio europeo o americano.
- Experiencia mínima de 4 años como veterinario/a en un servicio de cirugía de especialidad.
- Experiencia en supervisión clínica de internos, residentes y/o estudiantes.
- Buen nivel de inglés profesional.
Ofrecemos
- Contrato indefinido.
- Jornada completa de 37.5 horas semanales distribuidas de lunes a viernes. Durante los meses de verano jornada intensiva con reducción (35 horas semanales).
