Danish Speaking Onboarding Account Manager

Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for paid search? We are looking for a talented and driven Danish-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our team in vibrant Barcelona!
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a game-changing tool for businesses worldwide, focusing directly on the dynamic Danish market. In this role, you'll be instrumental in onboarding and engaging with high-potential companies, helping them harness the full power of digital marketing ads. You'll build strong relationships, drive product adoption, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for growth within our customer base.
What You'll Do
- Trusted Advisor: Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
- Outbound Engagement: Make outbound calls to promote services, understand client objectives, and offer tailored solutions.
- Strategic Campaign Setup: Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and long-term success.
- Growth & Upselling: Take responsibility for increasing client spend and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Database Management: Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete and accurate information.
- High-Volume Interaction: Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
What You'll Bring
- Language Skills: C2 level of Danish and C2 level of English.
- Education: BA/BS degree (an MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is preferred).
- CRM Expertise: Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems.
- AI Integration: You regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow and use insights to personalize outreach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.

- Business Acumen: Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and support strategic decisions.
