Your Mission As a Security Platform & Integration Engineer, you will build and operate security platforms, deliver integrations across our CERT/TI ecosystem, and develop SOAR-based automation that streamlines cyber response workflows.You'll work hands-on with OpenShift, Docker, CI/CD, APIs, SOAR, and cloud-native tooling, acting as the technical goto person for platform issues and integrations.What You'll Do DevOps & Platform Engineering (Core) Deploy, run, and administer containerized workloads on Red Hat OpenShift and DockerBuild, optimize, and secure container images and registriesDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable, automated deliveryEnsure platform scalability, resilience, observability, and securityImplement deployment strategies: blue/green, canary, rolling updatesSecurity Automation & SOAR Development Build and maintain SOAR playbooks and automated workflowsConvert manual CERT/TI procedures into scalable automationIntegrate SOAR with internal & external tools (APIs, SIEM, ticketing, TI platforms)Continuously tune playbooks based on operational feedbackWork closely with CERT and Threat Intelligence teams to understand real needsIntegrations Engineering Integrate cybersecurity tools, APIs, data sources, and automationsDeliver secure, stable, well-documented integrations across the CERT/TI ecosystemOwn architectural diagrams, integration specs, and technical documentationTroubleshooting & Incident Support Serve as escalation point for platform and integration issuesDiagnose failures across containers, OpenShift, pipelines, and SOAR workflowsConduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixesImprove runbooks and knowledge bases for faster team-wide resolutionProject Delivery Lead technical integration and platform improvement projectsCoordinate stakeholders, requirements, risks, and timelinesDeliver highquality solutions with clear communication and strong ownershipWhat You Bring MustHave Strong hands-on experience with:Docker & Red Hat OpenShift (deployment, admin, troubleshooting)Kubernetes concepts and container orchestrationCI/CD pipelines & Git workflowsExperience developing SOAR automations/playbooksTroubleshooting skills across containers, pipelines, APIs, integrationsScripting: Python and BashSolid communication & coordination skillsNice-to-Have Experience in: Cybersecurity, SOC, CERT, Threat IntelligenceMonitoring/observability stacks (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch)API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, queues)Certifications: CKA, RHCSA/RHCE/RHCA, Kubernetes, etc.What You Get High-impact engineering work on large-scale security platformsModern DevOps, automation, and cloud-native stackFlexible work environment & collaborative cultureSupport for certifications and continuous learningA team that values automation, clean code, and improvementWho You'll Work With Platform & Operations EngineersCERT Analysts & Incident RespondersThreat Intelligence SpecialistsSecurity ArchitectsProduct Owners & Project ManagersAt Siemens, we value the diversity of our teams, promote equal opportunities, and foster an inclusive work environment.
