Bilingual French and Flemish Sales Representative

• Advise and sell insurance products to individual customers exclusively through inbound calls
• Explain all legal aspects of the offer
• Identify and understand customers’ needs
• Recommend additional services
• Record sales information in the company’s CRM system
• Work for a leading provider of insurance and warranty products for household appliances and electronic devices in the Belgian market
• Complete two weeks of training
• Prepare and conduct a sales simulation as part of the recruitment process

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally
• Experience in remote or telephone sales, such as in a call center
• Strong negotiation and sales argumentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable using computers
