Regional Process Excellence Lead

Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking a Regional Process Excellence Manager (RPEM) to lead a multi-layered team across the AMZL region and partner with Operational General Managers and Senior Regional Managers.
You will drive the PEx roadmap, balance opportunities with resources, and travel onsite to visit teams. The role requires hands‑on leadership, deep process expertise, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams while delivering long‑term strategic initiatives in a dynamic
